Valet Legend — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Valet Legend game and form an agreement between you and Ömer Faruk Coşkun ("we"). By downloading or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Valet Legend for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. When you get the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
2. Purchases
Valet Legend offers an optional Lifetime purchase: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium content. The price is shown in the app and in your store, and is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot refund on their behalf.
3. Ads
The game may offer optional rewarded ads. Watching an ad is always your choice. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, to cheat in a way that harms the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its levels, vehicles, graphics, audio, the "Valet Legend" name and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.
6. Your data
The game stores your progress on your device and has no accounts or user-generated content. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we give no warranties, including of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Termination
Your license ends if you breach these Terms. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
10. Apple App Store terms
If you obtained the app from the App Store: these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and for any maintenance, support, warranty, product liability or intellectual property claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
