About These Terms

LensLink is a mobile app by ConectLens that turns your phone into a camera for OBS Studio and Streamlabs. The app is licensed to you, not sold. On iPhone and iPad, your use of LensLink is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Apple. On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms add information specific to LensLink and do not replace those documents.

Free Plan and LensLink Pro

LensLink is free to start, with no account. LensLink Pro is optional and unlocks extra features, such as streaming without the watermark that the free plan adds above 720p, higher resolutions, 60 fps, switching between the front and rear camera, a fixed streaming port and a static stream link. The features included in each plan are shown in the app before you buy and may change over time.

Subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly)

Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel in time. On iPhone and iPad, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. On Android, cancel in Google Play before the renewal date.

Prices. The price, billing period and currency are shown in the app, taken from the store, before you confirm every purchase. Prices can differ by country and include taxes where required. We do not list prices on this website. If a price changes, Apple or Google will notify you and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price applies.

Launch and introductory prices. Introductory or launch prices may be offered for a limited time. The price and duration shown in the app when you confirm are the ones that apply, and the regular price applies after the offer ends.

How to cancel or manage. Cancel at any time in your store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• —iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open your Apple subscriptions, then choose LensLink.
• —Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or open your Google Play subscriptions, then choose LensLink.

If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime option is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It gives you access to the Pro features of LensLink for as long as LensLink is offered for your platform, on the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, without further payments. Purchases made on one platform (App Store or Google Play) do not carry over to the other. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to reactivate Pro on a new device with the same store account.

“Lifetime” refers to the life of the app, not to your life or to any guaranteed period. We do not promise that LensLink or a particular feature will be available forever: features can change, and the app or a feature can be discontinued, for example because of changes by a platform, by OBS or by Streamlabs, or because the product is retired. If that happens we will try to give notice in the app or on this website.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies and applicable law. We cannot process refunds through the stores’ payment systems. Your statutory consumer rights, including remedies for a faulty digital product, are not affected, and you may contact us about them. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at Apple’s Report a Problem page. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund help.

Using LensLink

• —You are responsible for what you stream and for having the rights to it. Follow the rules of the platforms you stream to.
• —LensLink does not see, store or upload your video. It goes directly to your own computer over your local network.
• —Do not misuse the app, interfere with it, or copy or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.
• —Do not circumvent purchase checks or unlock Pro without paying.

Third-Party Services

LensLink works with services that we do not own or control: Apple and Google (app stores, payments and subscriptions), RevenueCat (purchase validation), and OBS Studio, Streamlabs and your own computer and network. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we cannot guarantee its availability, accuracy or continued operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, changes or discontinuation of services run by Apple, Google, OBS Studio, Streamlabs or your own devices and network. RevenueCat acts as our service provider for purchase validation: if a problem on its side prevents access to something you paid for, tell us at [email protected] and we will help restore your access. None of this limits your statutory consumer rights or any right that cannot be excluded by the law that applies to you.

Availability, Changes and Liability

We may update, change or discontinue the app and its features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensLink is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including your consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using LensLink at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if you breach these terms. Subscriptions are cancelled in your store account, as described above.

Privacy

How we handle data, including the optional usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase and PostHog) and the purchases handled by RevenueCat, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Analytics are optional: you can decline or withdraw at any time in Settings → Privacy, and doing so does not limit the features you can use or the Pro plans you can buy.

Changes to These Terms and Contact
